With almost two decades of experience, as a property manager running portfolios worth millions of dollars and managing teams, Christy’s commitment and passion to property management and her community do not go unnoticed.

Christy's love for Geelong started as a child with many years spent at the family’s caravan in Torquay. Knowing Geelong had so much to offer, Christy not only built a family home & successful business with her husband, but also purchased an investment property in the growth area of Armstrong Creek in 2012, watching the land & community around her develop very quickly.

Being an investor herself, being awarded within a large franchise group two years in a row, a department manager of the year & rental department of the year shows Christy’s understanding and dedication to assisting her clients to meet their property management needs. Christy has gained experience being employed to clean up portfolios that have highlighted the monetary costs and stress to rental providers having an inexperienced or careless property manager.

Whilst in a normal world Christy would enjoy time with friends or regular holidays with her family, Christy has taken the opportunity to explore more of Geelong by land & water, whether it be looking for new parks, walking tracks, jet ski locations or her daily coffee fix in a local cafe.
